1. Who you are buying from

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on seldenhome.com ("the Site"), operated by Selden Home, a French micro-entreprise (sole trader) registered at 26 Rue du Moulin, 67205 Oberhausbergen, France. Contact: contact@seldenhome.com.

Selden Home is registered in France as a micro-entreprise. Our customer support team operates from the UK, which is why contact details shown elsewhere on this site (phone number, opening hours) use a UK dialling code and UK time zone.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

3. Order acceptance

Orders are confirmed by email. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if it is incomplete; you'll be notified by email.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, free of charge, in 4-8 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Product accuracy

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, you may request a free return and refund.

6. Right to cancel (14 days)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 working hours; return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Beyond this statutory period, our 30-Day Guarantee applies, see our Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

For UK consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, and disputes may be brought before your local UK court. For all other matters, French law applies, with jurisdiction of the competent courts of Strasbourg (France).

No — Selden Home currently ships to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

4–8 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from when your order is placed. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

What if I change my mind?
