1. Who you are buying from
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on seldenhome.com ("the Site"), operated by Selden Home, a trading name of CHAIBI Yanis, a French sole trader (entreprise individuelle), SIREN 885 171 413, SIRET 885 171 413 00028, registered at 26 Rue du Moulin, 67205 Oberhausbergen, France. Contact: contact@seldenhome.com.
Selden Home is established in France and ships to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders are sold and dispatched by the business named above.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal.
3. Order acceptance
Orders are confirmed by email. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if it is incomplete; you'll be notified by email.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, free of charge, in 4-8 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Product accuracy
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, you may request a free return and refund.
6. Right to cancel (14 days)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We will confirm your cancellation within 24 working hours; return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or not as described. 8. Refunds

We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
For UK consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, and disputes may be brought before your local UK court. For all other matters, French law applies, with jurisdiction of the competent courts of Strasbourg (France).
