You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason — change of mind included.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@seldenhome.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address.
3. Send the item to: Selden Home (CHAIBI Yanis), 26 Rue du Moulin, 67205 Oberhausbergen, France.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we cover return postage in full and you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — this statutory right is never affected by the above.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
