Raw stone and a soft ribbon of light are all a wall needs to feel considered.
The Monolith slips a long, warm wash of light beneath a solid block of travertine, wrapping the wall in glow while the stone shows off its natural grain.
- Downward ribbon of light: a soft wash falls from under the stone to warm the whole wall.
- Genuine travertine: warm tones and unique veining in every block.
- Two lengths: 24 cm for a bedside or a narrow wall, 42 cm above a console or up a staircase.
- Solo or in series: above a console or headboard, or repeated along a wall.
Made for wabi-sabi and natural-material lovers who like clean lines and honest texture.

Stone and light
Stone above, light below
The Monolith is a single block of travertine on the wall. A ribbon of LED light hides beneath it and spills a soft, warm wash down the wall, so the stone sits in its own glow and its grain shows at its best.
-
Real travertine
Each Monolith is cut from natural travertine, so its pores, tone and grain are never quite the same twice.
-
Light that falls
An integrated LED sits under the stone and washes the wall below it, so you see the glow, never the source.
-
Two lengths
24 cm for a bedside or a narrow wall, 42 cm above a console or up a staircase. Both stand just 6 cm tall.

A note from Selden Home
Chosen for British homes · contact@seldenhome.com
Dear reader,
Selden Home began with a problem most of us know: a room lit by one flat ceiling light, and nothing between the high street and the designer showroom to put it right.
So we choose every light for how it behaves once the evening draws in: the warmth of its glow, the glare, the pool it throws. Then we show it lit, in rooms like yours. If you are unsure about a size or a finish, send us a photo of your room and one of us will reply.
With warm regards,
From all of us at Selden Home
