A raw travertine base beneath a dome of clear or smoked glass.
The Fable sets an unpolished travertine cone against a blown-glass dome, keeping the stone's texture visible rather than hiding it under a shade.
- Solid, unpolished travertine base — texture and veining left exposed, not sanded to a uniform finish.
- Choice of clear or smoked glass dome to suit a lighter or moodier room.
- Console-scale proportions, built to anchor a sideboard rather than disappear on a bedside table.
Made for: living rooms and hallway consoles where the lamp is as much sculpture as light source.

A note from Selden Home
Chosen for British homes · contact@seldenhome.com
Dear reader,
Selden Home began with a problem most of us know: a room lit by one flat ceiling light, and nothing between the high street and the designer showroom to put it right.
So we choose every light for how it behaves once the evening draws in: the warmth of its glow, the glare, the pool it throws. Then we show it lit, in rooms like yours. If you are unsure about a size or a finish, send us a photo of your room and one of us will reply.
With warm regards,
From all of us at Selden Home
