A glass silhouette drawn from the Bauhaus canon.
The Loom takes the pared-back geometry of early 20th-century Bauhaus lamp design — an opal glass shade over a clear glass column, on a chrome base — and brings it back into production.
- Opal glass shade diffuses light softly, with a clear glass column beneath that lets the base glow too.
- Mirror-polished chrome base and pull-chain switch, in keeping with the original silhouette.
- Compact scale (36 cm tall) suits a desk, bedside table or bookshelf.
Made for: studies, bedside tables and reading corners that call for an unapologetically design-led lamp.

A note from Selden Home
Chosen for British homes · contact@seldenhome.com
Dear reader,
Selden Home began with a problem most of us know: a room lit by one flat ceiling light, and nothing between the high street and the designer showroom to put it right.
So we choose every light for how it behaves once the evening draws in: the warmth of its glow, the glare, the pool it throws. Then we show it lit, in rooms like yours. If you are unsure about a size or a finish, send us a photo of your room and one of us will reply.
With warm regards,
From all of us at Selden Home
