We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Shipping cost

Free on every order, no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time

2-6 working days after dispatch. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Total delivery time

4-8 working days from order to delivery. Delays can occur in exceptional circumstances (carrier strikes, extreme weather).

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order dispatches.

Order cancellation

You can cancel before dispatch by emailing contact@seldenhome.com. Once an order has dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours at contact@seldenhome.com.

No — Selden Home currently ships to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on every order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

4–8 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from when your order is placed. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

What if I change my mind?

You're covered by our 30-Day Guarantee — return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. Return postage is at your own cost for change-of-mind returns; if an item arrives faulty or not as described, we cover the return in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
